For warranties of a specific manufacturer, please call us at 1-800-521-1884. Since the types of application and weather conditions vary so widely, Vinyl Graphics does not warranty the results of this merchandise beyond the cost of replacement of stock or the warranty of that manufacturer. Vinyl Graphics stands by the manufacturer warranty; all outdoor durable products sold by Vinyl Graphics are warranted for a minimum of 3 years.

Return Policy
Custom Projects and Paint Protection Kits are Non-Returnable. We cannot accept returns on products that are more than 90 days past the purchase date. All returned products must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Returns will be refused unless an RMA number is printed on the side of the package. RMA numbers are used to assure a proper credit to your credit card or account. Call us at 1-800-521-1884 to request an RMA number.

Customers without a Daily Pickup

  • Hand the package to any UPS driver in your area.
  • Take your package to any location of The UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, UPS Alliances (Office Depot or Staples) or Authorized Shipping Outlet near you. Items sent via UPS Return Services (including via Ground) are accepted at Drop Boxes.

Customers with a Daily Pickup

  • Your driver will pickup your shipment(s) as usual.

 

International Customers
Our warehouse is located in Wisconsin, USA.  Although the bulk of our shipments are in the US, we encourage customers in other countries to browse our site and shop from our catalog.  We currently allow orders from Canada, Netherlands, Australia and the United Kingdom. If you would like your country added so that you can order through the site, please e-mail us at info@AutoTrimHQ.com.  Freight charges will be discussed at the time of the order, through e-mail. We prefer to use USPS Global Priority or Global Express.
