Wholesaler Information
All products on our website are shown with a retail price for individuals who wish to purchase items without the help of a professional installer. In order to view and receive discounted Wholesale pricing, you must be logged in to an approved Wholesale account. All previously approved Wholesale accounts from the original vinylgraphics.net will still work on this new site.

Brand new user accounts and wholesale requests are reviewed during our regular business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday to determine if wholesale status can be granted. Please call us at 1-800-521-1884 to expedite this process. Any orders placed outside of business hours without an approved wholesale account will be at retail prices but can be manually adjusted by a member of the Vinyl Graphics staff. Wholesale pricing will then be applied to the order before being processed and shipped.

Orders
All orders placed online will be processed daily during our regular business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Orders submitted before 2:30 PM will be processed for same-day shipping. Credit Cards will be charged the time of processing, NOT during the online checkout process.

Warranties
For warranties of a specific manufacturer, please call us at 1-800-521-1884. Since the types of application and weather conditions vary so widely, Vinyl Graphics does not warranty the results of this merchandise beyond the cost of replacement of stock or the warranty of that manufacturer. Vinyl Graphics stands by the manufacturer warranty; all outdoor durable products sold by Vinyl Graphics are warranted for a minimum of 3 years.

Display of Graphics and Colors
The display of accessories and graphics on vehicles are representations only and may not accurately match the way the product actually looks or fits on a vehicle. The customer is responsible to verify the size or style of the product(s) they wish to order, especially in cases where there are multiple sizes or applications available for a particular item.

Due to the vast differences between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee the matching of colors displayed on the site with the actual product.  Color charts are available from certain manufacturers, please call 1-800-521-1884 for more information.
